Circa 1911 New Haven Clock Company, New Haven CT, Weight Driven Regulator.  This is the "Stanton" model and the case is solid oak with the most incredible finish and color that you will find on an antique clock.   Simply the "BEST."     Overall dimensions 64" long, 21" wide, 12" deep.    The movement has maintaining power, a dead beat escapement, and deep cut, finely polished pinions which all contribute to the outstanding timekeeping properties of this clock.     The "beat scale" and dial are signed by New Haven Clock Co.    Below the crown molding is a spiral cut, rope decorative treatement.   In addition, there is a decorative molding at the base of the dial mask and just above the door.    The case retains its original "wavy" glass door as well.   Even the screws that attach the dial mask to the case are original  !
